3 medium potatoes

1 large onion

2 garlic cloves

 1 cup flour

 1 cup water,

2 tbsp olive oil,

1 tsp salt,

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp oregano

 1/2 tsp thyme.


Instructions

Step-by-Step 

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Thinly slice the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Mix Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme until smooth.
  4. Sauté Veggies: Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil, and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Drain potatoes and pat them dry. Add to the batter along with sautéed onions and garlic. Mix well.
